I can develop a residential or public building layout in 3D Allplan.
Here's how I envision our collaboration:
• You create and refine layout concepts—anything from hand sketches to CAD models will do.
• I transfer them to the working Allplan model, provide visualizations, and material quantities so you can instantly evaluate the layout's effectiveness.
• We meet online to discuss, share screens, and finalize decisions before the next stage.
Acceptance criteria for final delivery:
• A set of drawings (PDF + DWG) that correspond to the agreed-upon spatial program and seamlessly integrate with the BIM model I provide.
• No unresolved spatial issues or building code violations at the final design stage.
