3D Renders from Architectural Drawings

Job ID: 39856380

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have four architectural details that currently exist only as flat 2D drawings. One of them has already been turned into a 3D rendering by another supplier and I love the look—clean forms, balanced lighting, and just enough material indication to feel tangible without going photo-real. I now need the remaining three details brought up to the same standard so I can drop them straight into print brochures, spec sheets, and other marketing collateral.

Here is what I’m after:

• Start from the supplied DWG/PDF line work and model each detail in full 3D, matching scale and proportions exactly.
• Apply moderate visual detail—think accurate profiles, basic materials, soft shadows—so the images read clearly in print at 300 dpi without overwhelming texture noise.
• Match the lighting, camera angle, and overall aesthetic of my existing reference render; I’ll share that file at project start so you can mirror its look.
• Deliver high-resolution PNG (transparent background) and layered PSD files for each of the three new renderings, minimum 4000 px on the longest side, ready for CMYK conversion.

I’m comfortable with whichever toolchain you prefer—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender + Cycles—as long as the final images align with the reference piece. I’ll give prompt feedback after the first draft of each model so we can lock style quickly and keep revisions light.

When we wrap up, I expect three polished, print-ready renderings that sit seamlessly beside the existing example in all of my marketing materials.
