Steel Fabrication Concept
I am looking for assistance with layout optimisation for a fabrication facility, the layout should be based on the below phases and I will require a 3d Model and plan drawing to include within a slide pack.

1. Deliverables
The freelancer is to provide two final 4K renders:

Top-Down 3D Block Plan** – Flat-colour layout showing Phases 1–3, labelled in English.

Semi-Realistic Aerial Render** – 45° aerial view with textures (bare terrain, steel buildings, yards, rail terminal, solar field).

2. Design & Visual Guidance
• Colour-code each development phase:
– Phase 1: Light Blue
– Phase 2: red
– Phase 3: Green

• Orientation: East → West production flow.
• Rail terminal: Southern boundary.
• Solar field: Northern edge.
• Include English labels for all major facilities.
• Title bar Aghdam Industrial Zone – Steel Fabrication Concept”.
• Bare terrain (no greenery or cityscape).

Phase 1 – Foundation (20,000 tonnes/year)

Fabrication Hall 1: 200 × 50 m — CNC cutting, drilling, and welding bays.

Trial-Fit / Yard Area: 15,000 m² outdoor concrete yard for stock and small assembly.

Admin & Training Block: 1,500 m² offices, training rooms, canteen.

Solar PV Field: 1 MWp rooftop/ground array.

Rail Terminal: Civil pre-works and access road preparation.

Purpose: Establish production flow, workforce training, and EN 1090 certification.

Phase 2 – Expansion (50,000 tonnes/year)

Fabrication Hall 2: 250 × 60 m — automated fit-up and robotic welding lines.

Blast & Paint Hall: 120 × 30 m — enclosed shot-blast tunnel, paint booth, and drying area.

Extended Yard: +40,000 m² pre-assembly and storage area.

Admin Block Expansion: Additional offices and supervision rooms.

Solar PV Field: Expanded by +2 MWp.

Rail Terminal: Spur foundation and preliminary tracks.

Purpose: Add automation and in-house coating to increase capacity and export readiness.

Phase 3 – Full Integration (100,000 tonnes/year)

Fabrication Hall 3: 300 × 70 m — heavy-module production with robotic welding.

Galvanizing Plant: 100 × 40 m — full galvanizing line with treatment system.

Trial-Fit Apron: 200 × 100 m hardstand for bridges and energy modules.

Solar PV Field: Expanded to 7 MWp total.

Rail Terminal: Completed with 600–800 m sidings and gantry cranes.

Utilities / Power Zone: Central transformers, compressors, and water systems.

Purpose: Complete vertical integration for large-scale, low-carbon export fabrication.
