We are seeking a skilled 3D rendering artist to create detailed visualizations for a new development project at 180 Eagle Street, Brooklyn, NY. The renderings will be based on architectural plans that include residential units, floor layouts, and exterior views.

Project Details:

Scope: Create 3D renderings of both the interior and exterior of the building, showcasing the modern design elements and surrounding environment.

Key Features:

Residential units with accurate room layouts, furnishings, and finishes.

Building’s facade, highlighting materials, windows, and any distinctive design elements.

Site renderings showcasing the building in its urban Brooklyn context.

High-quality finishes, including lighting, textures, and color schemes to match the architectural vision.

Exterior views showing surrounding areas (sidewalks, nearby buildings, streetscapes).

Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D rendering for architectural projects.

High proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar.

Ability to work from provided architectural plans and elevations.

Strong portfolio showcasing similar residential development projects.

Attention to detail in both design and presentation.

Deliverables:
