3D Rendering & Drafting Expert -- 2

I need someone who can move comfortably between modern-style exterior visuals and detailed interior scenes while also turning those concepts into precise 2D floor plans and construction drawings. The immediate priorities are:

• Photorealistic interior and exterior 3D renderings in a clean, modern aesthetic
• Fully annotated 2D floor plans and working drawings ready for site use

If you are equally at home in Blender, SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray or Enscape—and can prove it with a portfolio—then we’ll get along well. Experience with electrical, plumbing, BOQ or furniture layouts is welcomed but not mandatory.

I value clear communication and am happy to iterate, so please be comfortable making revisions as client feedback comes in.
