Reinforced Concrete Warehouse 3D Design

Job ID: 40513234

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m developing a reinforced-concrete warehouse that combines a modern, two-storey office block at the front with a single-volume storage hall at the back. The building’s core function is straightforward product storage laid out in bulk, so clear spans, high bay space and efficient circulation for forklifts are top priorities.

Here is what I need from you:

• Full structural and architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) sized for permit submission and construction, complete with concrete reinforcement detailing and column schedules.
• Structural calculations that verify load paths for both the office floors and the warehouse roof.
• A coordinated 3D BIM model—Revit or similar—plus rendered views that show the finished look of the modern office façade and the open warehouse interior.
• Layouts that illustrate bulk-storage zones, loading docks and the transition between office and warehouse areas, allowing for clear vehicle movement.
• A concise material and finish palette for the office portion in a clean, modern style.

I work mainly in DWG and RVT, so please plan to deliver source files as well as PDFs and high-resolution images. If you routinely use AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or comparable structural software, highlight that in your proposal.

My decision will hinge on the clarity of your previous reinforced-concrete projects, how quickly you can reach a coordinated model, and the level of detail you provide in your structural calculations and drawings. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner.
