Register Point Cloud Scans in Trimble Realworks

I am looking for someone to register my point cloud scans using a point cloud registering program, preferably Trimble Realworks. I will provide a sample file in TZF format. The deliverable should be a registered point cloud file capable of being loaded into SketchUp Scan Essentials. This is a trial project with a budget of $150 AUD, but if the successful bidder performs well, there will be ongoing work available.
