Recreating the hull of this ship for my fathers birthday.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This boat was built by my grandfather in 1965. My dad spent a lot of his life sailing in this ship with my grandfather so I want to make a model of it for his birthday.
However, I don’t have the 3D modeling skills necessary to recreate the hull of this ship. I can do the fine details by hand so I would only need a 3d printable hull and deck to work around. I have over 20 pictures for reference including a basic three view drawing of the ship along with the dimensions. I do not need a flawless recreation as I can fix small issues by hand.
