Recreate Room from reference Image

Need an exact replica of the room from the reference images(same door/window designs/same chandelier etc). No Texturing, only Modelling. I have attached a outline reference obj file. You have to create the room over that. The inner wall of the room outline should perfectly align with the reference obj.

I have only attached 2 reference image here, will send more in chat. Long term work.Thanks!
