Realistic Velociraptor Twitch Overlay

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a Twitch overlay featuring a realistic Velociraptor. The Velociraptor should run onto the screen and jump up to scratch it, leaving claw marks behind that will be chroma keyed to reveal another overlay below.

Key Requirements:
- Realistic Velociraptor design in natural colors (browns, greens, etc.)
- Animation of the Velociraptor running, scratching, and roaring

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 2D/3D animation
- Experience with Twitch overlay design
- Strong understanding of realistic animal movement and anatomy
