Realistic 3D Pool Cover Demo
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have just been awarded a U.S. utility patent for a winter cover system designed for round above-ground pools and I need a short, 30-second 3D animation that visually explains how it works. The look has to be realistic—no stylised or cartoon effects—so viewers immediately understand they are seeing a genuine product solution.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Begin with a clean view of a round pool as winter approaches.
• Show the winter cover being positioned and secured.
• Cut in to highlight the central inflatable pillow, then animate the airline as it fills the pillow.
• Finally, lay the flat water-removal hose across the cover and demonstrate how it channels water away.
All three elements—cover installation, pillow inflation and water hose usage—must be clear and sequential so the function is self-explanatory without any on-screen branding or text. Subtle camera moves, close-ups and sectional views are welcome if they help clarity.
I will provide dimensional sketches and any additional reference images you need; modelling, lighting, materials, rendering and basic sound design are up to you. The final deliverable should be a 1920×1080 (or higher) MP4 ready for web and investor presentations, plus the source project files in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D so I can commission future edits.
