Realistic Caribbean Colonial Render
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
The architectural layout of my new home is locked in; what I need now is a photoreal 3D render of the front façade so I can visualise finishes and share the concept with stakeholders. Please keep the floor plan exactly as supplied, but show all verandah posts at 300 mm thickness and add exposed soffits beneath the eaves.
The look I’m after blends Caribbean and British-colonial character with a Hamptons base—wide verandahs, classic detailing, light and airy proportions. Colours should stay in soft neutral tones (white, cream, light grey). Skip detailed planting for now; landscaping may be a later add-on.
Deliverables
• One high-resolution still (minimum 4 K) in JPEG/PNG
• Native project file from your preferred tool (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, etc.)
• Up to two revision passes for lighting, textures or minor material tweaks
