Realistic 3D Cardio Video
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a single, chair 3D workout video built around realistic animation for women 50's & 60's. The scene follows a virtual trainer performing a full cardio routine while an on-screen timer and live calorie counter keep pace with each move. see images
Style
– Motion, lighting, and body mechanics must feel lifelike; think gym-quality reference footage translated into 3D rather than a cartoon. see images.
Content & Flow
– The session will be cardio and abs: warm-up, several intensity peaks, active recovery segments, and a brief cool-down. Aim for 7-15 minutes total runtime so viewers can follow it as a daily workout. Show different angles, from right, left, front. see images.
Avatar
– I’d like some customization: the user should be able to choose the trainer’s gender and swap a few body shapes or outfits before export, but I don’t need full morph-target freedom. Please outline how you’ll structure these selectable presets in the rig or UI. Show muscles in red that are being used during the workout. see images
On-Screen Data
– Include a large countdown for each interval, a cumulative workout timer, and a dynamic calorie counter driven by MET data or a simple formula I’ll supply. Clean, unobtrusive graphics are key.
Deliverables
1. Final 4K MP4 and a 1080p web-optimised version.
2. Editable project files (Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D—your choice) with labeled layers, rigs, and textures.
3. Any scripts or expressions powering the timers/calorie logic.
Acceptance Criteria
• Animation passes the “uncanny valley” test: joints bend naturally, no clipping or floaty physics.
• Timers and calorie readout run accurately in real time.
• Avatar presets swap without breaking the rig or materials.
If you already have relevant mocap libraries or Unity/Unreal sequencing experience that can speed things up, let me know in your proposal along with a short reel.
