Ready-Made Café CAD & 3D

I already have a reference layout in hand and I want to match it as closely as possible, so if you’re sitting on a finished or easily adaptable café project, this should be a very quick turnaround for you—ideally no more than three days.

Key points you’ll notice from my brief:
• Style: modern throughout.
• Relaxation zone: couches and sofas, not bean bags or lounge chairs.
• Coffee-bar finishes: a clean marble counter paired with warm wood accents.

The plan must show a coffee bar, kitchen, storage, separate men’s and women’s restrooms, a manager’s office, plus two guest areas (one regular dining, one relaxed lounge). When you hand it over I need:

1. Fully editable DWG floor plan (AutoCAD).
2. Editable 3ds Max file.
3. High-resolution rendered images that clearly present the overall ambience and the marble-and-wood bar detail.
