Rapid Office 3D Mockups
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My lower-ground office (half basement, half above street level) is ready for a facelift and I need a set of crisp, photo-realistic 3D interior views to lock in finishes and colours. The walls, partitions and general layout are already fixed, so the job is all about visualising a sleek, minimalist workspace—no structural re-thinking required.
Key parameters
• Interior design only; façade stays as is.
• White UPVC windows are mandatory.
• Because of damp and termite issues, wood is to be avoided or kept to a bare minimum; suggest PVC, acoustic panels, aluminium profiles, compact laminate, or any other moisture-resistant solutions.
• The colour scheme should drive the concept—show me how light, paint, floor and ceiling finishes work together to deliver a modern, airy atmosphere despite the basement setting.
• All sourcing will be handled on my end, so just specify materials and the brand or generic spec where relevant.
Deliverables (needed within 2-3 days)
1. Two to three high-resolution still renders per key zone (entrance, director cabin, workstations, meeting corner, pantry stretch).
2. One adjustable 3D model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) so I can pull extra camera angles later.
Size is 1400 sqft around
Acceptance criteria
• Moisture-safe materials highlighted clearly and no exposed MDF or ply.
• Lighting plan matches the render mood and avoids dark pockets typical of basements.
• Final files delivered on time and open cleanly without missing textures.
