Putter Design from sample

I would like to have a new golf club designed using one of my current ones. I would like to send a physical sample of the club to be copied. Although I will be amending the size a few mm here and there and have some specific loft and lie angles that need to be adhered to. I no longer have the software to do it myself.
The final product will be 350g approximately. CNC machined from a block.
