Public Library

This project is a public library which innovates the idea of making libraries more welcoming,open and exclusive. The library should be visually connected with , and open to ,its intermediate surrounding. Responsive to the site and wider context, It must be accessible to the whole community and must create a bond between viewers and users of this space.
