Production-Ready Chair CAD Package - 13/09/2025 04:53 EDT
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m supplying photos and key dimensions of a modern wooden chair and need the entire design translated into a clean, fully editable 3D model. The intent is full-scale production, so every surface must be manufacturable and every joint resolved—specifically mortise-and-tenon construction throughout the frame.
You may work in Rhino or SolidWorks, but the model must remain parametric so future size tweaks are painless. Please treat the chair as solid wood components (no veneers) and note any grain-critical faces that will affect how parts are nested for CNC.
Deliverables
• Native Rhino (.3dm) or SolidWorks (.sldprt/.sldasm) file set, fully parametric
• STEP/IGES exchange model
• Watertight STL suitable for 3-axis machining and print checks
• DXF profiles for each part’s flat-pattern CNC cutting
• Fully dimensioned orthographic drawings in both PDF and DWG formats
• Simple BOM listing part names, quantities, material thicknesses, and hardware (if any)
• Short written notes covering joinery details, sanding grit sequence, and finish recommendations
Acceptance criteria: all parts must intersect cleanly with zero surface gaps; dimensions in the 2D drawings must match the supplied reference measurements to ±0.5 mm; and the STL must pass a watertight check in Netfabb. If any clarifications are needed, I’m happy to jump on a quick call or share extra sketches.
