Product CAD Prototype Design
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I need my concept transformed into a precise, manufacturable CAD product design. The focus is product design, not architecture or animation, and the finished 3D model will be used as the basis for a physical prototype.
Scope
• Translate sketches or rough ideas into a full 3D model.
• Apply correct dimensions, tolerances, and material call-outs so the file is ready for CNC machining or 3D printing.
• Supply native CAD files along with STEP/IGES exports plus two or three high-resolution renderings for presentation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Geometry matches the functional brief I will provide (all moving parts must assemble correctly in the virtual model).
2. Manufacturability check passes with no critical errors when the file is run through common slicers or CAM software.
3. Final deliverables include editable source, neutral formats, and a short PDF drawing pack.
SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar professional software is preferred—let me know which package you’ll use so I can keep future revisions smooth.
