3D-Printable Solar Kit Housing for selling in my shop
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need four separate enclosure designs for the small solar-power kits I sell. Each housing must arrive to me as ready-to-print files—STL is preferred because most on-demand printing services accept it, but OBJ or FBX backups are welcome if it makes your workflow easier.
Functionally, every model should include:
• Ventilation openings sized to keep internal temperatures in check
• Clean cable-management channels or holes so customers can route wires without pinching
• Sturdy internal or external mounting points, plus any extra screw holes required for quick assembly
The dimensions have to match the standard electronics pack I’ll provide once we start, and the finished geometry should print reliably on typical PLA, ABS or PETG settings without excessive supports. I’ll test-print each file with my supplier; if it comes off the printer clean, fits the components, and all the cut-outs line up, I’ll sign off.
Send the four design files, a brief note on recommended print settings, and any source CAD so I can tweak minor branding details later. If you model in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar, that’s perfect—as long as the exported STLs are watertight and ready to go.
