3D Printable Model of Collapsible Vuvuzela trumpet

I need a detailed and functional 3D printable model of a vuvuzela (a South African trumpet) that is collapsible and telescopic in design. The model will consist of three parts that must print in place, interconnected, and fully functional without additional assembly. This vuvuzela must be intended for actual use (playing), so precision is critical.
You will receive a reference image of the desired product along with as many dimensions as possible. The deliverable should be optimized for 3D printing with PLA (Polylactic Acid), ensuring ease of expansion and collapse, strong interconnection between sections, and compactness when fully collapsed.
