3D Printable Ghost Figurine Design

I'm looking for a skilled 3D designer to create a ghost figurine for one-part silicone block molding. The design must be precise and optimized for easy demolding.

Key specifications:
- Height: 75 mm
- Smooth domed head, gently tapered body, slightly wavy flat base for stability
- Ruff collar: 10–14 small rounded beads, very fine detailing, low relief, gently tapered toward body, no deep undercuts
- Eyes: two small shallow oval dimples, evenly spaced
- Surface: perfectly smooth, no textures or thin projections
- Output: STL (±0.1 mm accuracy), oriented Z-up, flat base, watertight mesh, normals facing out; STEP or OBJ files also welcome
- Optimized for easy demolding from silicone
