3D Printable Dog Armor Set

I have a photo of a full suit of medieval-style armor that I’d like turned into a 3D-printable costume for my Great Pyrenees, Max. The job covers every visible piece in the reference—helmet, chestplate, and gauntlets—and the end result needs to be something he can actually wear, not just display.

The model should match the look of the picture while being broken into printable sections that fit a 300 × 300 × 400 mm FDM build area (I’m printing in PLA). Please keep each part lightweight, include hidden channels where I can run nylon straps or elastic, and build in small clearances so I can pad the interior for comfort.

Deliverables
• Watertight STL files for helmet, chestplate, and gauntlets, each oriented for easy slicing
• An exploded view or simple diagram showing how the pieces connect and where straps should feed through
• Recommended print settings (layer height, infill, supports) so I can reproduce your test prints

I’ll provide the reference photo as soon as we start and can supply Max’s exact chest, neck, and paw measurements. A quick low-poly fit test before you finish the final detail pass would be appreciated; that way we can tweak sizing before you lock in the geometry.
