Printable Concept Prototype 3D Model
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I have a product idea that needs to come alive as a physical object, primarily for concept visualization. Your task is to design a medium-detail 3D model that I can send straight to PCBWay (or any comparable service) for printing without further tweaks.
I will provide sketches and reference dimensions; you translate them into a clean, watertight CAD file. Please keep aesthetics in mind—this is a prototype meant to communicate look, feel, and basic proportions rather than withstand mechanical stress, so fine mechanical tolerances are less critical than an attractive, print-ready shell.
Preferred workflow:
• Model in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar professional CAD software.
• Deliver STL for FDM/SLA and STEP (or native) for any later edits.
• Ensure correct wall thickness, no non-manifold edges, and orientation that minimizes support where practical.
I’m happy to iterate once or twice to nail proportions or small stylistic tweaks. Let me know your typical turnaround and which software you’ll be using so I can keep future edits simple.
