3D Print Optimization for Radio Shelf
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to refine my radio mounting shelf for better 3D printing.
Key Requirements:
- Optimize current design for 3D printing.
- Address banding where the bottom surface meets vertical walls.
- Eliminate "spaghetti" issues during printing.
- Improve structural integrity and surface quality.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D design software.
- Extensive experience with 3D printing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common printing issues.
- Strong attention to detail and design optimization.
Please provide examples of previous work and a brief outline of your approach.
"I need this to be refined. It'll be 3D-printed in ASA-CF or a similar material.
This object is a shelf that will hold portable radio (walkie-talkie) chargers. The bottom layer will be the top of the object. It has 5 holes for heat-set nut inserts, two higher-infill reinforcement ribs where self-tapping screws will go into, cable routing openings on the sides and bottom of the print, and two zip-tie towers for cable management." The overall dimensions of width and height are ideal. The piece is angled to facilitate easier bolt installation.
