• Include common areas as needed (meeting rooms, break/kitchen area, reception)
• Provide realistic, photorealistic 3D renders of the proposed design (multiple angles/views)
• Suggest furniture, materials, and color palette suited to a modern, professional tech-company aesthetic
• Design must be practical and realistic — furniture and layout should be something that could actually be sourced and built, not just an AI-generated concept image

Requirements:
