Pool House Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I would like to replace an existing pool shed, with a pool house.
I need a transportable structure that is 7.93m wide, 2.5m deep and 2.8m high. The ceiling of the structure will be a roof. At the rear of the structure, there should be a 2.8m vertical garden.
The structure will include:
(1) a pump room with a 1.81m internal width on the right of the structure
(2) a lounge room taking up the remainder of the internal space (7.93m external width)
(3) a roof area with table and chairs, umbrellas and a bar
The design should be modern, with the structure built from steel. It will be bolted together on site, but must be moveable in the future.
Deliverables include:
• Concept development and photorealistic 3D visuals so we can lock down proportions, circulation, sight-lines, and the overall aesthetic.
• Detailed architectural drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and key construction/engineering details. This draft will be provided to local engineers.
