3D Pond Renovation & Landscape Design

I have an existing pond that I’m ready to bring back to life, and I want to see exactly how it can look before any construction begins. Your task is to prepare a full 3-dimensional concept and written proposal that clearly shows how the pond area will be renovated and modernized.
Scope
• Integrate a waterfall, two or three well-placed fountains, and thoughtful lighting that feels organic rather than theatrical.
• Keep the overall aesthetic natural and rustic; the design should read as if it has always belonged in the setting.
• Work primarily with stone and rock for all visible structures and edging while still allowing room for planting pockets and subtle hard-landscaping transitions.
What I need from you
1. High-quality 3D renders (day and night views) illustrating the remodeled pond, surrounding landscape, and all water-feature details.
2. A short fly-through or walk-through animation (30–60 seconds) that helps stakeholders visualize movement around the space.
3. A concise but complete proposal document outlining materials, dimensions, equipment specs for pumps/lighting, and a phased implementation timeline.
Acceptance Criteria
• Visuals must match the natural-rustic brief and feature waterfall, fountains, and lighting in stone-and-rock construction.
• Renders should be delivered in PNG/JPEG (4K) and the native project file (Revit,SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, or comparable).
