Convert Polycam scan of house into clean AutoCAD floor plans and elevations (DWG + PDF)

Description

I have a Polycam scan of a residential terraced house and need someone to convert it into clean architectural drawings suitable for planning submissions. (Larger than freelancer upload limit so can send by email etc)

The scan will be provided from Polycam as a 3D model or point cloud. The scan should be used as a reference, and the building should be manually traced to produce proper CAD drawings.

Deliverables required

Please produce the following drawings:
1. Floor plans for each level
2. Front elevation
3. Rear elevation
4. Side elevation (if visible in scan)

Drawings should include:
• clean walls with correct thickness
• doors and windows shown
• basic dimensions
• north arrow
• scale bar

Additional floor plan set (two flats)

In addition to the existing floor plans, I also require a second set of floor plans showing the property split into two flats instead of a single house.

I already have annotated floor plans showing:
• where the new flat entrance doors will be
• room labelling for each flat
• the location of the new kitchen for Flat 2

These will be provided and labelled as “Proposed Floor Plans”, which should be used as a guide when producing the second drawing set.

Please deliver:
• DWG (AutoCAD)
• PDF drawing set scaled at 1:100

Additional information

I will provide photographs of the front and rear elevations at a later stage so the roof shapes and details can be drawn correctly.

For the rear basement lightwell, I will provide separate dimensions, which should be incorporated into the rear elevation drawing.

Scaling reference

If required, I can provide a known measurement from the property (for example a wall length or room width) so the drawings can be accurately scaled during the tracing process.

Please confirm you will verify the drawing scale using this reference measurement before finalising the drawings.

Please confirm that you will manually trace the walls and produce clean CAD drawings.

I am not looking for a mesh model or automatic export from the scan, but properly drawn architectural plans.
