Plastic Touch Panel Casing Design
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a fresh 3-D design for a plastic casing that houses both the front acrylic plate and the internal PCB of my smart-home automation touch switch panel. The look should be modern and sleek, with clean lines that complement contemporary interiors while still being practical for everyday use.
The design must:
• Securely sandwich the acrylic faceplate so that it sits perfectly flush and remains easy to replace if damaged.
• Position and protect the PCB with accurate standoff heights, cable openings, and mounting points for standard wall-box installation.
• Allow ventilation for heat dissipation without compromising the minimalist aesthetic.
• Be ready for injection-moulding: I’ll need well-considered draft angles, split lines, and uniform wall thickness.
Please deliver editable CAD files (STEP or SolidWorks preferred) plus high-quality renders that highlight the texture, finish, and assembly sequence. A short assembly guide or exploded view would also help my manufacturer.
