Plastic PCB Enclosure 3D Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a finished circuit board that will live inside a compact consumer-electronics product, and I now need a clean, production-ready 3D enclosure around it. My priority is a plastic housing that can be injection-moulded later, with simple snap-fit or screw bosses that keep assembly straightforward and low-cost.
You will receive the board outline, mounting hole positions, and the minimum keep-out zones. From these you’ll create a complete CAD model that:
• Holds the PCB securely, including standoffs and fastening features
• Provides cut-outs for USB-C, an LED window, and a side switch
• Maintains wall thicknesses appropriate for plastic tooling (typically 1.5–2 mm)
• Includes a top and bottom shell that can be closed without visible gaps
Please deliver STEP or SolidWorks source files plus a couple of high-quality renders so I can share the concept with my team. If you’ve worked on consumer gadgets before, especially anything injection-moulded, let me know—those details will help me pick the right designer.
