Plant Facility 3D Model

I will supply the full set of building dimensions, machine sizes and their exact placement inside the plant. Based on that information, I need a textured 3D model that shows both the exterior façade and the complete interior layout in a single, navigable file.

Level of detail: Moderate, with clean materials and textures that make each production area, wall finish and machine type easy to distinguish. No elaborate lighting setups are necessary—just enough basic illumination so the model reads clearly in shaded or realistic view modes.

Preferred output: Please deliver the model in a PDF-compatible 3D export (interactive 3D PDF or similar) so stakeholders can rotate and zoom it without special software. If you also keep a working file in OBJ, FBX or any mainstream format, that would be appreciated for future edits, but the primary hand-off is the PDF.

2D floor plans are not required; all effort should go toward the single comprehensive 3D presentation.

Deliverable checklist:
• Fully textured 3D model of the plant building, interior and exterior
• Interactive 3D PDF export that opens and navigates smoothly
• Working source file (OBJ, FBX or comparable) for my archive

I’ll forward word/ppt/pdf/CAD based basic drawings, equipment lists and reference photos once we start. The project will be approved when the model matches the given measurements, interior exterior textures display correctly, and the PDF opens error-free on a standard Windows/Mac.
