Photorealistic 3D Real Estate Brochure
Budget: $100 – $200 CAD
I have complete 2-D architectural plans for a touristic glamping project and now need a brochure that will instantly excite potential customers. Your task is to transform those drawings into a fully photorealistic presentation—cover to back—so I can use it both online and in print.
Scope of work
• Build the full 3-D model from my DWG/PDF plans, apply the specified materials and lighting, and generate:
– Striking exterior hero views showing curb appeal
– Warm, lifestyle-focused interior views for key rooms
– Clean, branded 3-D floor-plan perspectives for the main unit
• Lay these visuals into a marketing brochure that follows my branding guidelines. I will provide logo, colour palette, copy and any reference imagery; you take care of layout, typography and final polish.
• Output a press-ready PDF plus all high-resolution renders (minimum 300 dpi at A4) and the editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred).
Style & quality
Everything must read as photorealistic—no sketch or minimalist look—so feel free to use 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or your preferred engine as long as the result feels authentic and premium.
Timeline & collaboration
Once you receive the plans, I’d like an initial clay model within three days for review, then we can move through two revision rounds before you assemble the brochure. Clear, frequent communication is important; quick screen shots or low-res proofs are fine during feedback cycles.
If this sounds like a project you can bring to life with flair and attention to detail, let’s get started and turn these plans into a brochure that sells.
