Photorealistic Gated Community Render

I need a single freelancer to create a basic yet accurate 3D model and a set of photorealistic renders for my modern-style gated community concept. The scope covers the whole site—residential units, amenities such as pools and parks, plus all common areas like roads, gates, and landscaping.

What I’m looking for at this stage is a solid base model with essential textures, lighting, and camera work that can convincingly illustrate the overall look and feel without over-engineering the details. I’ll provide a rough site plan and reference images as soon as we begin.

Preferred tools are SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or any platform you are comfortable with, paired with V-Ray, Cycles, or a similar engine to achieve photorealistic quality.

Deliverables
• Editable 3D file of the entire development
• At least four high-resolution (1920 × 1080) still renders from key viewpoints
• One round of minor revisions after the first draft
