Photorealistic Apartment Renovation Renders

I’m renewing my apartment and need crisp, photorealistic 3-D renderings that capture the final look before we break ground. The scope covers four spaces—living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms —and each scene must feature the exact furniture and décor items I’ll supply (, reference photos and finish schedules are ready to share).

I’m looking for true-to-life lighting, textures and proportions so I can show it to people interested in the apartment. Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent—as long as the output meets the following acceptance criteria:
• One high-resolution still (4K or higher) per space, delivered as .png and .jpg
• Source files with all materials and lights intact
• Color-accurate rendering that matches the finishes and furniture specs I provide
