Parametric Chair Design for CNC Cutting

I need a production-ready parametric chair design based on the attached reference image.
Requirements:
Design should closely match the attached chair.
Material: 12 mm MDF/Plywood
CNC Router compatible.
4 mm end mill/router bit will be used.
All slots, tabs and joints must be designed according to a 4 mm bit, including proper clearance and inside corner dogbones/fillets wherever required so the parts fit without manual finishing.
Smooth curves and clean vectors.
Strong and stable construction.
Optimize the design for minimum material waste.
Nest all parts inside 3 ft × 2 ft (914 × 610 mm) sheets.
If possible, fit everything on one 3×2 ft sheet. If not, use two 3×2 ft sheets while minimizing waste.
Number all parts for easy assembly.
Deliverables:
. CorelDRAW 2018 (.CDR) file
. DXF file
. Parts already nested on 3×2 ft sheet(s)
. Ready for CNC cutting without any modifications
