Padel Court Walkways 3D Concepts

I already have the architecture and designs for the buildings and the padel courts; what’s missing is a compelling, user-friendly zone that links the two. I’m looking for two distinct, Modern concepts that show how the walkways, “dead” pockets, and gathering nooks can come alive through Seating areas, integrated Lighting fixtures, and plenty of Greenery and plants. The palette should stay true to Wood and stone in earthy tones so it blends elegantly with the surroundings yet still feels fresh and contemporary.

For each concept I need:
• a fully detailed 3D model of only the area between the buildings and the four courts (I’ll supply the court and building files for context)
• high-quality renders that let our decision makers visualise atmosphere, sightlines, and lighting at night
• a concise BoM/BoQ listing every material in the model—timber species, stone type, lighting units, planter specs, fixings—along with estimated quantities so our contractor can price and order straight away

Native 3D files (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) plus export to FBX/OBJ would be perfect; feel free to add any supporting drawings that clarify levels or drainage where needed. I’ll be available to answer site-specific questions quickly so you can focus on design flair and accuracy rather than guesswork.
