PUF Panel , Roofing , PEB Design & Drafting

I need a skilled designer-draftsperson to handle both the creative layout and the construction-ready drawings for a paneling package that will be built entirely from PUF panels. The base structural grid is already set; what’s missing is a full set of paneling details that my fabricators can follow without second-guessing anything.

Your task begins with refining the panel arrangement, joints, corners, and fastening strategy, then moves straight into clear, dimensioned CAD drawings. AutoCAD is my primary platform, but Revit or Tekla are fine as long as the final files come back in DWG and PDF.

Deliverables
• Concept layout showing panel arrangement, openings, trims
• Complete construction drawings – plans, elevations, sections, connection details
• Bill of materials listing panel sizes, thicknesses, and accessories

All drawings must align with the existing grid, carry every critical dimension, and clearly mark each fastener point; the BOM must reconcile exactly with the layout. If you have past work detailing façades or roofing in insulated PUF panels, include a sample and your lead time in your proposal.
