Optimize SolidWorks Prototype for Injection Molding

I have a SolidWorks model of a small prototype that I intend to produce through injection molding. The geometry is complete, but it has never been checked for manufacturability. Draft angles, parting-line strategy, wall thickness, undercuts, and gate locations all need expert attention so that the part can move smoothly into tooling without costly rework.

What I need from you is a practical, production-ready update of the file—nothing theoretical. You will review the current design, apply the necessary changes directly in SolidWorks, and return a version that a mold maker can open and quote immediately. If you spot features that are impossible or simply expensive to mold, please adjust them or propose clear alternatives inside the CAD file’s comments. I tried to do it myslef but im stuck on the tooling split part. It keeps failing.

Deliverables
• Revised SolidWorks part file (.sldprt) ready for injection molding
• Short design-for-moldability report (PDF or Word) summarizing key changes—draft added, ribs thickened, ejector reliefs, etc.

Acceptance criteria
– All faces show appropriate draft (≥1° unless functionally impossible)
– No unresolvable undercuts without lifters or slides
– File opens with no rebuild errors in current SolidWorks version
