Open-Concept 3-4 Bedroom Floorplan

I’m ready to move from ideas to a complete residential floor plan and need someone who can translate an open-concept vision into precise drawings. The home will include three to four bedrooms and should flow easily from shared living spaces to private rooms without feeling boxed in.

Here’s what I expect:
• A clear, scaled floor plan (PDF and editable CAD/DWG) showing room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and basic furniture layout for spatial context.
• At least one revision round once I’ve reviewed the initial concept.
• Final files that an architect or builder can pick up immediately for permitting and construction.
