Scope:
Assembly 1 – PRS Device (4 parts):

Top enclosure (domed, snap-fit slots, alignment holes, mounting boss)
Bottom enclosure (curved ergonomic underside, battery channel, snap tabs, dock alignment features)
18650 battery (simple representative part)
Draft electronics holder (block with contact bosses and mounting holes)

Assembly 2 – Charging Dock (3 parts):

Top enclosure/cradle (negative-fit geometry matching the device underside)
Bottom enclosure (USB-C cutout, internal pocket)
Draft electronics block

Deliverables:

Onshape document link (2 Part Studios, 2 Assemblies, fully mated, zero interference)
Exploded + assembled views for both assemblies
One PDF exported from Onshape with all views

Requirements:

Must use cantilever snap-fit joining (dimensions provided in spec)
Realistic clearances around the 18650 cell
