Ongoing Ultra-Realistic 3D Rendering Partnership

I’m building a reliable, long-term relationship with a 3D artist who can deliver ultra-realistic renders across every kind of project I handle—residential, commercial, and industrial.
Scope
• Interiors: photoreal visuals for living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms (with flexibility to cover additional spaces as projects arise).
• Exteriors: high-fidelity facade, landscape, and pool-area views, including day- and night-time lighting when needed.
• Formats: still images in 4K (minimum), plus source scene files so my team can request revisions smoothly.
What matters most is believable materials, accurate lighting, and careful attention to architectural detail; I rely on these images to win client approvals, so realism must be on par with high-end arch-viz studios. If you already work proficiently in tools such as 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, or Blender-Cycles, you’re exactly who I’m looking for.
