Office-to-Store 3D Design

I have an existing office that I’m converting into a retail space for premium Italian fabrics. I need a complete 3D concept and floor plan that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic while making the most of the square footage.

The priority is a welcoming, well-organised sales area where clients can browse fabric bolts, view sample books and sit for brief consultations. Traffic flow, display lighting and colour placement should all highlight the textures and tones of the textiles. Any back-of-house needs can stay minimal for now; the customer-facing zone is what matters.

To keep the project clear, please provide:
• Scaled floor plan with furniture, display racks and circulation paths
• High-resolution 3D renders (day and evening lighting)
• Source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus PDF/PNG exports
• Basic material and finishes palette, noting paint codes and fixture references
• One round of revisions after initial presentation

Accuracy to my on-site measurements, realistic fabric representation and an efficient modern layout will guide acceptance of the final package.
