Mission Description – Office Layout Proposal (Grenier 2)

We are looking for a freelancer to design and propose an interior layout for our office space based on the provided floor plan. The mission specifically concerns the largest room on the plan, labeled “Grenier 2.”

Room details:
• The room has two roof windows and one lateral window.
• The ceiling height is indicated on the floor plan.

Requirements:
1. Workspace: The layout should accommodate two individual workstations where people can work comfortably.
2. Meeting area: A dedicated area suitable for small meetings/discussions.
3. Printer space: A practical corner or dedicated spot for an office printer.
4. Presentation tool: A whiteboard (or similar solution) should be integrated for presentations and brainstorming.
5. Style & Furniture: The furniture should be selected primarily from IKEA collections (for cost-efficiency and consistency).
6. Decoration: Suggestions for light decorative elements are welcome to enhance the atmosphere (plants, wall art, lamps, etc.).

Deliverables:
• Initial Proposal: A 3D layout plan of the room showing the proposed arrangement.
• Final Deliverables (after approval of the concept):
• Several 3D views (from different angles) to clearly represent the final design.

We are looking for a practical, modern, and visually appealing solution that optimizes the available space while keeping it functional for work, meetings, and presentations.
