Office Parking Lot Floor Plan

Our landlord is reallocating part of our lot and we’re about to lose several spaces, so I need a clear, professional floor plan that shows the most efficient new layout for staff, visitors, and service vehicles. I’d like the drawing produced directly in AutoCAD so I can integrate it with our existing DWG files and make minor tweaks later if needed.

Scope
• Survey the available area based on the dimensions I’ll provide (or use a satellite image I can share).
• Optimise traffic flow, entry/exit points, turning radii, and signage locations while staying within local codes.
• Allow room for the required number of accessible bays and leave flexibility for future add-ons such as EV chargers or bike racks.

Deliverables
1. Native AutoCAD (.dwg) file with organised layers
2. A clean, scaled PDF for management review
3. One round of minor revisions included if layout changes after the first internal discussion

Timeline
I need the final PDF on my desk within a month; we can target an initial draft at the halfway mark so there’s time for feedback.
