I need a full-HD 3D walkthrough that guides viewers through our new office, clearly showcasing the workspace layout, key decorative elements, and the planned furniture arrangement. The animation should feel natural and inviting, giving management a realistic sense of flow from reception to open desks, meeting rooms, and collaborative nooks.

Please base your work on the floor plans and mood boards I will supply, then model, texture, light, and render the entire scene. The finished video file (MP4 or MOV) is the main deliverable, along with any project files so we can make future tweaks if required.
