Noida Office 3D Design Walkthrough
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a 577 sq ft strip-shaped commercial unit in Noida (9.88 ft × 30.84 ft) that will be converted into a modern office. Because the site is tight and linear, space-planning is paramount—functional workstations must fit comfortably while still feeling welcoming to clients.
What I need from you, onsite in Noida:
• A well-thought-out layout that makes the narrow footprint work
• 4–6 photorealistic 3D renders to illustrate the concept
• A fully interactive 360° virtual walkthrough (non-negotiable)
• Technical drawings—dimensioned floor plan, elevations and a BoQ ready for execution
Preferred workflow: SketchUp for modelling, V-Ray or Lumion (or comparable) for rendering and tour generation, although I’m open if you have an equally strong pipeline.
Experience with small commercial or retail conversions is essential and I will prioritise portfolios that already showcase 360° tours.
