3D Ninebot Protective Parts Design
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need two custom protective pieces modelled for my Ninebot G30 Max e-scooter: left- and right-side covers that shield the original rear reflector lights from scratches and road debris. They will be completely standalone, so they must mount directly to the scooter without relying on any aftermarket brackets or accessories.
You’ll take precise measurements from the G30 Max geometry (I can supply reference photos and dimensions) and create printable, durable parts that follow the scooter’s existing styling lines. Once approved, deliver the production-ready 3D files—STL for printing and STEP for future edits—plus a quick assembly note showing screw or clip positions.
I’ll print the prototypes myself, so please design with common FDM tolerances in mind and incorporate any small support-free overhangs where possible.
Acceptance criteria:
• Each cover snaps or screws on firmly with no rattle.
• Prints cleanly on a standard 0.4 mm nozzle without excessive supports.
• All files open error-free in Cura and Fusion 360.
