Neurostimulation Headset Design Specialist

I need a hardware engineer and design specialist to replicate specs for a neurostimulation headset. We have electrodes to fit into this headset and need it to comfortably hug around the mastoids (behind the ears).

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate to finalize a comfortable, adjustable design for all head sizes.
2. Create 3D assets and source necessary materials.
3. Assemble the device (excluding electrodes) or provide clear assembly instructions.

We value speed and will compensate fairly to get this done quickly and well. We'll also cover all material costs.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Prototyping and 3D development expertise
- Experience replicating existing designs, especially headsets
- Clear and fast communication

Design Requirements:
- Comfort around the mastoids is critical
- Skin-contact materials should be soft rubber
- Adjustable band size and flexible ear hooks are necessary
