Need Freelancer for USB-C Rugged Hub Design (PCB + Casing + BOM)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We’re developing a rugged USB-C to Ethernet + USB hub under our new brand IshaSync Technology and are looking for an experienced freelancer or small design team to help bring it to life. The goal is to create a complete, production-ready design package that can be sent directly to our manufacturing partner.
What We’re Looking For:
Complete PCB design with Gerber files and schematic (USB 3.1 / 3.2 standard)
BOM (Bill of Materials) using easily available components
3D STP file for the outer metallic or rugged enclosure with proper logo placement
Optional: assistance with integrating Wi-Fi 6 (Realtek RTL8852) and Ethernet (RTL8156) chipsets
Requirements:
Strong background in USB 3.x PCB design
Familiarity with Power Delivery (PD 3.0) and thermal management in compact layouts
Experience creating files suitable for mass production (Gerber, BOM, STP, schematic PDF)
Preferably based in India for smoother collaboration
Deliverables:
PCB design package (Gerber, schematic, and BOM)
Mechanical design package (STP/MTL files with logo placement)
3D preview renders of the final product
Design files ready for direct manufacturing (e.g., MOKO Technology or similar vendors)

Timeline: 2–3 weeks
